Hello! I'm Jean-Guillaume, or JG in Tokyo. I have moved here to surround myself with my favorite fashion and meet cool people. I do street portraits but also like to create more storytelling editorials. I'm mostly shooting medium format in analog. Film makes me slow and I focus more on the craft than machinegunning for pictures. Unrelated: I can also proxy depending on the ask! Hit me up.

On my first week in Japan, during fashion week, Momo impressed me almost every day. She has that very cool style and always pulls off anything, from street to class. Then I met her in the street many times, and again at fashion week. If you follow my IG you must have seen her already! So of course, I was going to feature her in that series. She chose Marunouchi, an area that I also love. The mix of high buildings and the Imperial park is a cool combo. We shot at sunset and chased the light around. I’m in love with the Tatsu trees.
